Septic Tank Installation in East Texas
4.6

Every property is different. Before we recommend a system, we visit your site and conduct a percolation (perc) test to measure how well your soil absorbs water. This determines what type of system is right for your property. We also review lot size, setback requirements, and proximity to water sources.
Based on the site evaluation, we design a system that meets your household size and soil conditions. We handle all permit applications with your county — including Anderson, Cherokee, Smith, Nacogdoches, and surrounding East Texas counties. You do not have to deal with the paperwork.
Our crew excavates and installs your septic tank and drain field according to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) standards. We work with concrete and poly tanks and size the system correctly for your home's daily usage.
Before we close the site, a licensed inspector signs off on the installation. Only after passing inspection do we complete the backfill and restore your yard. We do not cut corners on this step.
We walk you through how your new system works, what to avoid putting down the drains, and when to schedule your first pumping. You leave informed, not guessing.
Called due to needing the aerator replaced. They were able to come out the next day to fix it! Definitely recommend!
